About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Senior Media Specialist to support the planning and delivery of our media strategy in one of Australia’s most competitive categories.
This role is ideal for a high-performing media professional looking to step into a client-side position with greater exposure, ownership, and end-to-end involvement. You’ll contribute to both campaign delivery and strategic thinking, helping to shape effective media activity that drives business outcomes.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring genuine passion to your work, and be comfortable getting hands-on to ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard across all channels and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the end-to-end planning and execution of integrated media campaigns across all channels
• Assist in translating business and marketing objectives into effective media plans
• Work closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver strong campaign outcomes
• Develop data-led presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
• Monitor campaign performance, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis to identify insights
• Support campaign operations including briefing, budgets, forecasting, and invoicing
• Help ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
• Identify opportunities to improve media effectiveness and ways of working
• Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity
• Contribute to broader marketing initiatives with an audience-first mindset
What We’re Looking For
• Solid experience in media or marketing, with exposure across multiple channels
• Understanding of how media contributes to marketing and business outcomes
• Curiosity about audience behaviour and what drives engagement
• Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience across a range of media channels, with familiarity in platforms such as Google and Meta
• 5 years’ experience in media, marketing, or a related field
